1. Delivery Information

ZIIP LAB UK delivers to customers across the United Kingdom.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment.
  • Courier Services: We use reliable UK delivery partners (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce).
  • Estimated Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • Tracking: Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

2. Right to Cancel (14-Day Return Policy)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

  • You must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery: [email protected]
  • You then have 14 days to return the items after notification
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping

We will refund the product price (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

3. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery
  • Perishable goods or hygienic items (e.g., e-liquids, vape devices) once opened
  • Customized or made-to-order items

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Package the item securely and include your order details inside
  4. Send it to the return address provided in our reply
